Are you planning an event and need a venue?
With over 60 school buildings across the city of Montreal, the English Montreal School Board has numerous convenient locations for your event.
Gymnasiums, auditoriums, cafeterias, and other school facilities are available for rent in the evenings and weekends.
Interested parties must complete an application form and be covered by civil liability insurance. Authorization from the school administration is required. A caretaker employed by the school board must be on the premises at all times.
Payment must be received in advance. Subsidized rates available for groups with proof of non-profit status.
- Interested parties must complete an EMSB Rental Application and provide proof of $ 2M civil liability insurance required, minimum.
- All applicants are encouraged to review the EMSB Rental Regulations.
